Sikhs open hi-tech diagnostic facility to provide services at low costs to those in need

NEW DELHI, India—To make the diagnostic tests affordable for poor and needy people, the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee has opened a diagnostic facility equipped with hi-tech modern machines in Gurdwara Bangla Sahib Complex. In this diagnostic center, all the diagnostic tests like MRI, CT-Scan, Ultrasound, Digital X-Ray, and other services will be available at a very minute cost of INR 50.

On March 11, DSGMC president Manjinder Singh Sirsa and general secretary Harmeet Singh Kalka inaugurated this diagnostic center amid other eminent Sikh personalities.

On this occasion, Manjinder Singh Sirsa extended a special vote of thanks to the Juneja family, Chawla family, and every supporter of this project.

The duo family members also received a special honor from the DSGMC for their efforts towards serving humanity.

It is pertinent to note here that the market price for diagnostic tests like MRI lies in between INR 2000 to 5000, due to which these tests become unaffordable for financially weak patients.
