PATNA, Bihar—The 354th Parkash Purab of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji will be celebrated from December 31, 2019 to January 2, 2020 at Takht Sri Harmandir Ji Patna Sahib with full enthusiasm.
Manager Jagjit Singh Jaggi informed that special programs will be held as per the directions of president Jathedar Avtar Singh Hit and Jathedar of Takht Sri Patna Sahib Giani Ranjit Singh.
“Diwans will be held on 31st December in Takht Sahib during these religious programs and a religious procession will be taken out on January 1, 2020 which will start from Gurdwara Gaughat Sahib and will conclude at Takht Sri Harmandir Ji Patna Sahib in the evening hours,” he added.
He further informed that Kirtan Darbars and Gurmat Samagams will also be held on all these three days from December 31, 2019 to January 2, 2020.
Jagjit Singh Jaggi also informed that before these three days Gurmat Smagams will also be held from December 27 to December 29 in commemoration of the 550th Parkash Purab of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji at Gurdwara Guru Nanak Shital Kund Rajgeer.
