Message: Taking a bath in the morning and meditating on the Divine has been a culture and tradition in many faiths. It is considered as a disciplined and humble effort to keep our body and mind fresh and spiritually healthy. Hence, we are advised to sing, study, and reflect upon Gurbani every day. Not just every day, we are asked to partake in this spiritual nourishment (put into practice and embody it) at all times. Seeking continuous spiritual guidance and inspiration from Gurbani will help us to save ourselves from unwanted negativity and troubles. This will enable us to overcome our problems and mental anguish.
