Mountain View, California, USA—As per latest updates, the cross platform messaging application “Whatsapp” has sealed the account of SFJ’s legal advisor Gurpatwant Singh Pannu. Notably, the Twitter account of Gurpatwant Singh Pannu was deleted last month by the Twitter authorities on the complaint of Indian government.
Few days ago, Pannu had issued a statement appealing the admins of Punjab based Whatsapp groups related to 2020-Referendum to make him the admin of their groups to avoid Police action against them.
It is pertinent to note here that the Punjab government had earlier indicted Gurpatwant Singh Pannu under sedition charges last month along with other Punjab based SFJ activists.
