CHANDIGARH, Punjab—Advocate Jaspal Singh Manjhpur has released list of 84 Sikh political prisoners who are confined in various cases, across India. The list includes one Sikh sentenced to capital punishment, 20 under life imprisonment and 8 senior citizens.
