NANDED, Maharashtra, India—Taking a lead over Bikram Majithia’s blasphemous attempts to distort Gurbani, Takht Sri Hazoor Sahib has passed out a ruling declaring the Akali leader as tankhiya, guilty of religious mis-conduct.  Bikram Majithia had distorted Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s “Deh Siva Bar Mohe Ehe” shabad by fitting Arun Jaitley’s name to it.  Arun Jaity is the Akali/BJP candidate from Amritsar Sahib.

Five Singh Sahibs from Takht Sri Hazoor Sahib have asked Sikh Sangat to shun all relations with Bikram Majithia until he is forgiven by the Khalsa Panth.  The hukamnama from Hazoor Sahib has come after Akal Takht Sahib’s Jathedar, Giani Gurbachan Singh had stated that the issue will be deliberated upon during a meeting of five Singh Sahibs.  Although Hazoor Sahib has issued this mandate in name of all Sikh congregations, usually it is only Akal Takht Sahib that passes such mandates and other Takhts only pass directives related to local Sikh community.

Copy of the letter issued by Takht Sri Hazoor Sahib is presented below –
