HOSHIARPUR, Punjab—Jathedar of Takht Sri Damdama Sahib Bhai Baljit Singh Daduwal (appointed by ‘Sarbat Khalsa’), who is currently being detained in Hoshiarpur jail under sedition charges, has stated that the struggle would continue until it’s victory. His message was delivered by his wife Bibi Sukhmeet Kaur Khalsa, his brother Daljit Singh and others who met him in the Hoshiarpur jail.
Bhai Baljit Singh has stated that the peaceful struggle for Sikh rights against ‘State Terrorism’ would continue until success prevails. He also appealed to Sikh devotees to remain calm and unite against the government’s oppressive strategies.
Sarbat Khalsa organisers and the selected Jathedars have all been held in prison under charges of going against the state. A number of Sikh leaders were detained the day after Sarbat Khalsa.
