Sacred Hukamnama (edict) was recited by Singh Sahib Giani Gurminder Singh who also honoured Bhai Satwant Singh’s brother Bhai Waryam Singh with siropa (robe of honour) in presence of Panthik leaders and SGPC general secretary Advocate Bhagwant Singh Sialka and former Akal Takht Sahib jathedar Jasbir Singh Rode.
