CHANDIGARH, Punjab—After its failure in hindering the Punjabi farmers marching towards Delhi despite using tear gas shells, water cannons, and batons, the Haryana police have booked Punjabi youth Navdeep Singh under the attempt to murder charges. Bharatiya Kisan Union’s state President Gurnam Singh Chaduni has also been booked along with Navdeep Singh.
On November 25, Kurukshetra Punjabi youth Navdeep Singh had emerged as an iconic figure of farmers’ agitation against the Indian government after he bravely turned off the water cannons streaming water towards the farmers and jumped back to a tractor-trailer.
This brave act of Navdeep Singh got recorded in a camera after which his video went viral over social media and he received immense appreciation for his act.
It is learned that the Haryana police have registered an FIR against Navdeep Singh and Gurnam Singh Chaduni at Parao police station in Ambala district while claiming that they broke a police barricade and tried to run over policemen with a tractor-trailer.

Meanwhile, the Haryana government has started stooping down to the lowest to stop farmers from marching towards Delhi. After unsuccessfully using tear gas shells, batons and water cannons on farmers, the Haryana government has now infiltrated laborers of other states into the farmers marching towards Delhi.
These infiltrated expatriates are puncturing the tires of tractors with the help of ice-breaking-needles.
A video of such an incident has emerged over social media in which two ice-breaking-needles could be observed injected into one of the rear tires of a tractor.
“Even a prostitute acts according to some principles but you (Haryana government) have crossed all the limits of lowness,” wrote renowned journalist Mintu Gurusaria while sharing this video from his Facebook page.
