:dateline:The Sikh Youth Federation Bhindranwala and Jatha Himat-e-Khalsa have announced that it will follow Akal Takht Jathedar Jagtar Singh Hawara�s call to celebrate Vaisakhi indoors while reciting Gurbani and hoisting the Sikh flags on the roofs. Notably, Jathedar Hawara�s had made this direction due to ongoing coronavirus pandemic all over the world.
Speaking with Sikh24, SYFB�s president Bhai Ranjit Singh Damdami Taksal informed that all the members of his organization will recite Gurbani while hoisting the Sikh flags on the roofs of their houses. �We will also pray for the high morale of the Sikh community as well as for the safety of entire humanity from the coronavirus,� he added. �
Jatha Himat-e-Khalsa�s president Bhai Punjab Singh Sultanwind said that the Khalsa Sajna Diwas aka Vaisakhi holds an immense importance for the Sikhs as Guru Sahib had blessed us with a unique identity on this day. �The Sikhs have depicted incomparable bravery in various battles globally after getting baptized,� he added.
The presidents of duo bodies said that they had rejected Modi�s stupid calls of banging utensils, lighting candles etc. and will continue to reject such calls in future also.
