:dateline:Passing a straight forward gesture in favor of the radical Hindu elements inciting violence in Delhi, the BJP led Union government has transferred Delhi High Court judge Justice S Muralidhar to the Punjab and Haryana High Court. The move came on Wednesday night after the Judge pulled up Delhi police for not taking action against the violence inciting elements.
Notably, Justice Muralidhar had�pulled up the Delhi police�and solicitor general Tushar Mehta for not following the Lalita Kumari guidelines on registering an FIR when complaints were brought to it about inflammatory speeches made by BJP leaders Kapil Mishra, Anurag Thakur, Parvesh Varma and others.
