India’s Chief Election Commissioner Pays Obeisance at Sri Harmandir Sahib

CHANDIGARH, Punjab—Mr. Sunil Arora, the Chief Election Commissioner of India, paid obeisance at the holiest Sikh shrine Sri Harmandir Sahib on December 24. He was accompanied by his wife and the Punjab Election Commissioner S.S Karna Raju.

After listening Gurbani Kirtan for some time, Arora interacted with the media persons. He said that he feels a divine peace whenever he pays obeisance at Sri Harmandir Sahib.

Amritsar Deputy Commissioner cum District Election Officer Kamaldeep Singh Sangha, Sri Harmandir Sahib’s Additional Manager Iqbal Singh, Information Officers Amritpal Singh and Sarabjit Singh, Inspector Bhagwan Singh etc. were also present on this occasion.
