AMRITSAR SAHIB, Punjab—The 261st martyrdom anniversary Shaheed Baba Deep Singh Ji was observed with full religious fervor at Gurdwara Shaheed Ganj Baba Deep Singh Ji (Amritsar) on November 15. A special religious event was organized on this occasion in which renowned Sikh preachers, Raagis, Dhadis, Kavishars and Poets addressed the religious discourse to the Sikh devotees.
Following the culmination of Sri Akhand Path Sahib, Singh Sahib Giani Mann Singh shed light on the life values of Shaheed Baba Deep Singh Ji. He encouraged the present Sikh attendees to take inspiration from Baba Deep Singh Ji’s life and adopt the Sikh values in their lives.
Hazoori Raagi Sri Harmandir Sahib Bhai Kuldeep Singh, Bhai Manpreet Singh Kanpuri, Bhai Gurdev Singh Australia, Bhai Maninder Singh Sri Nagar, Bhai Gagandeep Singh Ganganagar, Bhai Guriqbal Singh, Bhai Harwinder Singh Ji Little, Bhai Jasbir Singh Paonta Sahib, Bibi Mehakpreet Kaur, Bibi Kawaljit Kaur etc. delighted the Sikh devotees with melodious Kirtan.
A blood donation camp was also organized on this occasion from 10 am to 4 pm in which hundreds of Sikhs donated blood.
