SGPC’s Annual Religious Exam on November 19 and November 20

AMRITSAR SAHIB, Punjab—The religious preachment wing of the apex Sikh body Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhik Committee has fixed November 19 and November 20 for conducting the annual religious examination across India. Notably, the religious preachment wing of the SGPC conducts examination about the Sikh scriptures, Sikh history and the Sikh code of conduct every year to encourage the new generation toward Sikhism.

Sharing the development with media, the SGPC secretary S. Balwinder Singh Jaura Singha informed that more than 50,000 students from all over India will be appearing in the annual religious examination this year. He added that the Grade-I and Grade-II students will appear in the examination on November 19 and November 20 respectively.

“All the preparations have been completed for conducting the in more than 650 examination centers across the country and the roll numbers have also been issued to the examination aspirants” he added.

He further informed that if any student doesn’t receive the roll number then he / she may contact the SGPC’s religious wing at 0183-2553962, 0183-2553957, 0183-2553958 or 9814898797, 9417968917 or 8437462555.
