CHANDIGARH—On the request of NIA team probing the targeted killings in Punjab, a Mohali based Special Court of NIA on August 21 issued non-bailable warrants of Sikh youths Gurjant Singh Australia, Harmeet Singh alias PhD, Gursharanbir Singh and Gurjinder Singh Shastri.
Sikh24 has learnt that the NIA team claimed before the Court that Gurjant Singh is residing in Australia while Harmeet Singh, Gursharanbir Singh and Gurjinder Singh Shastri are residing in Lahore (Pakistan), UK and Italy respectively.
It has come to fore that the NIA team has filed chargesheets against these four youths also besides the arrested Sikh youths like Bhai Hardeep Singh Shera, Bhai Ramandeep Singh, Bhai Jagtar Singh Johal, Bhai Taljit Singh Jammu etc.
It is pertinent to note here that Gurjant Singh Australia had earlier denied all these allegations being leveled on him by the Punjab police as well as the NIA.
