AMRITSAR SAHIB, Punjab—Sikh Youth Federation Bhindranwale (SYFB), a activist group, has strongly condemned the Jaito police for committing inhuman torture on college girls. Notably, heart shaking photos of victim students have gone viral over social media.
It is pertinent to note here that the Jaito police cops have been targeting college girls after DSP Baljinder Sandhu committed suicide during a clash between two factions of the concerned College of Jaito.
Interacting with media today at Amritsar Sahib, SYFB’s President Bhai Balwant Singh Gopala and Senior Vice President Bhai Ranjit Singh Damdami Taksal said that by crossing their jurisdiction, the Punjab police cops have depicted that they will use any means, including violence.
SYFB leaders have said that the Punjab police manifested totally irresponsible behaviour by committing torture on college girls in frustration. “The police might have approached the court if they felt the College students were responsible for DSP Baljinder Sandhu’s depression,” they said.
SYFB leaders have sought strict action against the Police cops guilty of harassing and torturing college girls in Police station of Jaito.
SYFB leaders Giani Simranjit Singh Mann, Bhai Harpreet Singh Tony and Bhai Paras Singh were also present on this occasion.
