CHANDIGARH, Punjab—The Punjab & Haryana High Court restrained the CBI court (Panchkula) from delivering a verdict yesterday, in a rape case against the Sirsa cult leader, Gurmeet Ram Rahim. The Court has also asked the CBI to produce all details pertaining to case by March 8.
Ram Rahim was indicted under rape charges in an FIR registered against him under the direction of the Punjab & Haryana High Court.
In 2002, two female disciples of cult chief had exposed him as being a fraudulent religious leader revealing their attack in a letter addressed to the then Prime Minister of India Sri Atal Bihari Vajpayee and the Chief Justice of the Punjab & Haryana High Court. In September 2002, the High Court had directed the Central Investigation Bureau to probe the matter.
Later, the CBI court held Ram Rahim guilty in the case of raping his female disciples. Throughout the proceedings of the case, the identity of victims were kept hidden. The Sirsa cult leader was discovered trying to identify the victims. He went as far as approaching the Supreme Court, seeking a copy of the video in which the victims had deposed their statements before the court.
Judiciary & Administration in India is totally corrupted by the corrupt political leaders. For their political gains they can save any criminal & can kill a saint, religious persons, innocent people, human rights activists if they try to expose their real dirty faces to the public or ask for their rights. The spirit of Indians is dead, they can’t stand for justice. The public is suffering, doing nothing to change the system. Even the sikhs are going away from sikh principals, they should stand with the victims to throw these criminals behind bars.
I agree the spirit of Indians in India is completely dead, every aspect of their life involves corruption and they’re are doing nottning to change it and for those who say Modi represents the working class well that’s complete bullshit because everyone knows he was involved in the massacre of Muslims in Gujarat.
