:dateline:The Dhariwal police have indicted United Akali Dal�s National General Secretary Baba Wassan Singh Zaffarwal in another case under sections 341 (wrongful restraint of person), 117 (abetting of an offence), 120-B (being party to a criminal conspiracy), 288 (obstructing public) of Indian Penal Code and �88 of National Highway Act-1956. It is notable that Baba Wassan Singh Zaffarwal is currently being held�at Ludhiana Central Jail.
Baba Wassan Singh Zaffarwal was arrested on November 12 and sent to Gurdaspaur Central Jail following �Sarbat Khalsa 2015�.
He was initially held under provisions of preventive measures in order to maintain law & order in the state, but later his name was put in the list of names mentioned in FIR registered against �Sarbat Khalsa 2015� organizers, imposing sedition charges.
