:dateline:To protest against the failure of the Haryana government in arresting the police officers�believed�guilty by the Garg Commission in the Hodh Chillad massacre, the victim families have announced to surround�the residence of Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar in Chandigarh on December 18.
Representatives of Hondh Chillad Taalmel Committee Eng. Manvinder Singh Giaspura and Bhai Darshan Singh Gholia informed that the Garg Commission had submitted its report to Government in March-2015. In the report, two Police cops Kishore and Ram Bhaj were held guilty by the Commission. But still the Haryana government hasn’t�taken any action against them.
The Hodh Chillad massacre took place in Haryana at the same time as the genocide of innocent Sikhs in Delhi in November 1984.
