CBI team arrived Sirsa to probe Sirsa Cult Impotency case

2013-07-30-ramrahim4Sirsa, India—A two member CBI team arrived Sirsa Cult on September 25 to probe in a case of castrating more than 400 male disciples by Sirsa cult doctors. The team led by an Inspector rank officer went to the cult to collect evidences.

The CBI team also went to Tehsil to collect record. Reliable sources have also informed that the team had a plan to meet some male disciples of cult, but it couldn’t meet anyone of them. The team would stay in Sirsa for four days i.e. until September 28.

The CBI (Central Investigation Bureau) is investigating the case on the orders of Punjab & Haryana High Court. CBI is to submit the status report about probe in High Court on October 7.

The Punjab & Haryana High Court had ordered the CBI probe while hearing the petition filed by a former Sirsa cult disciple Hans Raj Chauhan. The disciple had alleged in the petition that he was castrated by the Doctors of Sirsa Cult along with 400 other disciples. High Court ordered the medical checkup of Hans Raj Chauhan in which he was found impotent following which the court ordered CBI probe.
