CHANDIGARH, Punjab—A well known Sikh political thinker and historian Ajmer Singh’s new book entitled “Teeje Ghallughare Ton Baad Sikhan Di Sidhantak Gherabandi” (ideological encirclement of Sikhs after third holocaust) is going to be released on June 20.
This book is basically fourth part of Ajmer Singh’s book project ‘Veehvin Sadi Di Sikh Rajneeti” (Sikh politics of 20th century). First part entitled “Ik Ghulami Ton Dooji Ghulami Tak” narrates the story of Sikh politics from the era of British rule to army attack on Sri Darbar Sahib (June 1984). Second part entitled “Kis Bid Ruli Patshahi” is preface of third one which is on Sikh genocide of November 1984. Ajmer Singh interpret the Sikh politics and all concerned
aspects through this book project with extraordinary intellect and wisdom.
The new book is being much awaited among Sikh circles. Ajmer Singh has also contributed to Panth authoring book on Ghadar movement. Through this book entitled “Ghadri Babe Kaun San”, he proved citing historical facts and evidences that this movement is basically Sikh movement, not communist movement as has been projected by communist writers.
