Bhai Gurbaksh Singh Khalsa Urged Five Singh Sahibans to Hold One Day Hunger Strike

Bhai Gurbakhsh Singh KhalsaAMBALA, Haryana—Bhai Gurbaksh Singh Khalsa, whose hunger strike has entered its 38th day, has urged all the Singh Sahibans of the Five Takhts to hold a hunger strike for the permanent release of Sikh detainees. Bhai Khalsa said that he is not ordering, but humbly urging the Singh Sahibans. Bhai Khalsa also said that the Head Granthi of Sri Darbar Sahib and other Granthis and Raagis serving in Sri Darbar Sahib should also start a one day hunger strike.

Bhai Gurbaksh Singh Khalsa requested all the Sikh organizations and devotees to come forward in support of his hunger strike, so that the permanent release of Sikh detainees could be made sure.

Supporters of Bhai Gurbaksh Singh Khalsa kept on visiting Bhai Khalsa on Sunday. Bhai Gurpreet Singh Guri (Press Secretary of Bhai Khalsa) informed that Bhai Parminder Singh Amloh of Sikh Relief today visited Bhai Gurbakhsh Singh Khalsa.  Bibi Kamaljit Kaur (Wife of Bhai Daya Singh Lahoria), Jasbir Singh Khalsa (Member Sri Sukhmani Sahib Sewa Society, Ludhiana), Resham Singh Khusropur, Santokh Singh Kala Sanghe, Mahan Singh, Baljit Singh, Mangal Singh, Ranjit Singh, Surjit Singh Grewal (Sydney), Kuldeep Singh Patiala, Darshan Singh Patiala, Gurnam Singh, Harpal Singh, Kuldeep Singh Uttrakhand, Bibi Hardeep Kaur Uttrakhand, Members of Sat Kartar Dharam Parchaar Organization etc. visited Bhai Sahib.
