Antim Ardas of political Sikh prisoner Bhai Waryam Singh to be held on June 2

CHANDIGARH, Punjab—The Antim Ardas for the spiritual peace of political Sikh prisoner Bhai Waryam Singh will be held at village Baribra of Uttar Pradesh on June 2. Notably, Bhai Waryam Singh had passed on May 24.

Former Union Minister Balwant Singh Ramuwalia, who had played a vital role in getting Bhai Waryam Singh released after 26 years of imprisonment, has appealed the Sikh sangat to refrain from physically participating in Bhai Waryam Singh’s Antim Ardas in the wake of coronavirus pandemic.

He has appealed to the entire Sikh community to extend condolences to the bereaved family via phone and pray for the spiritual peace of Bhai Waryam Singh while staying at home.
