While serving humanity, Khalsa Aid’s Sewadar Inderjeet Singh loses life in an accident near Bajakhana

CHANDIGARH, Punjab—Sikh youth Inderjeet Singh Dehradun, who was serving the humanity while being a member of Khalsa Aid, got killed in an accident occurred during the late evening hours of April 20. In this accident, another sewadar of Khalsa also got injured, but he is said to be out of danger while Inderjeet Singh succumbed to injuries during wee hours today.

Sikh24 has learnt that the duo Sikh youths were coming to Bathinda in a Khalsa Aid owned vehicle after providing aid material in Faridkot. Their vehicle got detracted and ran over divider of Kotkapura-Bajakhana road near Bajakhana.

Expressing deep grief over untimed demise of Inderjeet Singh Dehradun, SAD (Taksali) leader Karnail Singh Peer Mohammad has sought compensation worth INR 10 million for the family of Inderjeet Singh. He has asked the Khalsa Aid, SGPC and Punjab government for jointly compensating the victim’s family.

Karnail Singh Peer Mohammad has also demanded installation of Bhai Inderjeet Singh’s portrait in the Central Sikh Museum while seeking cremation of his mortal remains with full honor.

He has also asked the Akal Takht authorities to declare Inderjeet Singh as a precious diamond of the Sikh community who sacrificed his life while serving humanity.

Khalsa Aid’s founder Ravi Singh has condoled Inderjeet Singh’s demise by saying that he was humble and a beautiful soul. “He was a blessed young man who carried out seva with love and deep compassion,” Ravi Singh wrote from his Facebook wall.
