DSGMC condemns attack on Patiala cops

NEW DELHI, India—The Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee has strongly condemned the brutal attack carried out by some Nihangs on cops deployed in vegetable market of Sanaur. Notably, hand of an ASI was chopped off in this attack while several other cops were left injured.

DSGMC president Manjinder Singh Sirsa has said that no one has any right to violate law of land. He added that we all should follow the law especially under prevailing circumstances and get united in battle against Covid-19 pandemic.

“I appeal all of you not to relate this decision with religion as it’s an act of individual group,” he said.
