VIDEO: Complaint lodged against Ravneet Bittu for terming Sant Bhindranwale as a “Terrorist”

LUDHIANA, Punjab—Scores of Sikh activists have today lodged a police complaint against parliamentarian Ravneet Bittu for terming Sant Jarnail Singh Ji Khalsa Bhindranwale as a terrorist. It is learnt that the Sikh activists have demanded indictment of Ravneet Bittu for hurting religious sentiments of the Sikh community.

Sharing the development with media, Sikh activist Sardar Jang Singh said that Ravneet Bittu has hurt Sikh sentiments by using derogatory remarks against Sant Jarnail Singh Ji Khalsa Bhindranwale, who was declared the great Sikh of the 20th century by supreme Sikh institution Sri Akal Takht Sahib.

“There is no evident record of even a single FIR registered against Sant Jarnail Singh Ji Khalsa Bhindranwale in any police station of India so how he can be categorized as a terrorist,” he added.

Sardar Jang Singh has advised Ravneet Bittu needs to pay attention towards the violations of Indian constitution committed by his grandfather Beant “Singh” for massacring innocent Sikh youths before dubbing Sant Bhindranwale as a terrorist.

“Ravneet Bittu is trying to divert attention of Punjab masses from the failure of Congress led state government in addressing public problems with his radical statements,” he added.
