Envoys of 90 countries to pay obeisance at Sri Harmandir Sahib on October 22

CHANDIGARH, Punjab—For the first time in history, a group of envoys belonging to 90 countries will pay obeisance at sanctum sanctorum Sri Harmandir Sahib on October 22. It is learnt that the Union state minister Hardeep Singh Puri and ICCR president Vinay Sahasrabuddhe will lead this group.

All these envoys of 90 countries will be brought to Amritsar Sahib in a special plane and will be welcome with Punjab’s traditional dance Bhangra and Giddha.

Sources within the Indian Foreign Ministry have informed that this trip is focused on the message of communal harmony given by the great Sikh masters so visit to Jaalianwala Bagh has not been included in this plan. “These envoys will also be taken to the special galleries depicting Sikh history and to Guru Ram Dass Langar for partaking Langar,” he added.

Meanwhile, the apex Sikh body Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhik Committee has announced to welcome and honor all these envoys.

  1. All human beings are born as free people as God creates without religion or cast or nationality.
Humans created religion, cast and nationality by dividing the world
As soon as the child is born.
All religions want that child to be memember of that religion
I think .india should created system similar to USA and Canada
If people do not like the system religious people should be allowed to practice as they wish with majority of state but the minorities must protected
Akk states should try to protect charter of rights

  2. I think Jasmeet Singh should mind his own job. He is not a representative of Sikh community and is far fetched from Sikhs who are against separatism.
If he is what he thinks, let him get Punjab /Sikh regions back from Pakistan.
