LAHORE, Punjab—A movie production company named S.L.A Productions is working on a new project named “Kartarpur: Jithe Guru Wasda” in commemoration of the upcoming 550th birth anniversary celebrations in Pakistan. It is learnt that the company is taking auditions of budding artists across various cities of Pakistan to cast new faces in this movie.
Sharing the development with media, Anjum Gill Amritsari informed that Naeem Wazir has written the script while Chaudhary Suhail Anait and Avtar Singh Gill are directing this movie being produced by Aziz Karim. “The visuals of this movie will be shot in Lahore, Narowal, Gujranwala and several other towns of the western Punjab,” he added.
He further informed that noted actors Rashid Mehmood, Shafqat Cheema and several other stage drama actors are working in this movie which will hit screens in 28 countries at the same time.
