CHANDIGARH, Punjab—As the parliamentary polls are coming near, the convoy of Bibi Paramjit Kaur Khalra is getting big day by day. Religio-political organizations and renowned personalities are continuously extending support to Bibi Paramjit Kaur Khalra.
On April 29, two Amritsar based Sikh youth outfits namely Sikh Youth Federation Bhindranwala and Jatha Himmat-e-Khalsa extended support to Bibi Paramjit Kaur Khalra by honoring her with Siropaos at village Jamarai and becoming a part of her election campaign.
Appealing the constituents of Khadoor Sahib parliamentary seat to vote for Bibi Paramjit Kaur Khalra, SYFB’s senior vice president Bhai Ranjit Singh Damdami Taksal said that the victory of Bibi Khalra was necessary so that the other Sikh leaders could also get inspired to rake up issues related to Sikh rights.
Hailing Bibi Paramjit Kaur Khalra for continuing Shaheed Bhai Jaswant Singh Khalra’s struggle, Bhai Ranjit Singh said that Bibi Khalra is the daughter of Sikh community so every Sikh should recognize his responsibility to make a contribution for her victory.
