Sources have informed that the prosecution lawyer Advocate Harpal Singh Khara played a vital in the cancellation of bail pleas of these sacrilege culprits.

Advocate HS Khara informed the Court that the chief culprit Jatinderbir Insan, whose bail plea was withdrawn by the defense lawyers, had admitted before the Court that he had committed sacrilege of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji to avenge ban on Sirsa cult chief’s movie “Messenger of God” and congregation of Sirsa cult disciples in Punjab.

He further informed the Court that these sacrilege culprits have also confessed their crime before the Police.

After hearing the arguments of the duo sides, the Court rejected bail pleas of these sacrilege culprits.
