AMRITSAR SAHIB—The suicide case of the former Chief Khalsa Diwan’s vice-president S. Inderpreet Singh Chadha took an interesting twist on July 27 when the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) experts P S Sehgal and Sandeep Singh Sahota told the Court in their report that the bullet that killed Chadha, did not match the one fired from his weapon. Notably, S. Inderpreet Singh Chadha had died on January 3 this year and his death was portrayed as a suicide at that time.
In the report submitted to the Court, the FSL experts have said that no definite opinion could be offered with regard to the badly deformed lead bullet as to whether it had been fired through 0.32 inch Webley & Scott revolver bearing No. B-74402 due to lack of individual characteristic marks.
“During the chemical examination, the firing discharge residues could not be detected on either of the swabs. Therefore, it was not possible to form any definite opinion regarding the presence of the firing discharge residues in the swabs on the paper tapes” the report said.
The forensic report was submitted in the court along with a supplementary challan by the Special Investigation Team on July 27 and it went viral in social media on July 28.
The Special Investigating Team (SIT) head Mr. LK Yadav said that the SIT has completed the investigation in this case and has submitted a report to the Court, however he refused to make any comment on the Forensic report citing the sub-judicial status of the case.
An official associated with the probe pointed out that it was a single shot and only a very small amount of residue could have been released in firing. “It all depends upon whether it was picked at the time of taking swabs or not,” he said while adding that the driver of S. Inderpreet Singh Chadha took him to a private hospital where many others had contacted the body due to which it seems possible that the discharge residue could have been damaged in the process.

CHATTOPADHYAYA STRIKES AGAIN WITH A FAKE SUICIDE NOTE.
From reliable information Inderpreet Chadha was going to hold a press conference exposing Siddarth Chattopadhyaya’s involvement. But remarkably Inderpreet Chadha was actually murdered and a fake suicide note was left!
Miss Kay Guman, a Canadian NRI set up a Spa business with Inderpreet Chadha in Ludhiana. Kay was the investor however the Spa business failed. She blamed Chadha for this and requested for him to return the money which he refused to do so.
Kay then went to the NRI Commission to make a complaint where Siddharth Chattopadhyaya was DGP. After dialogue and meetings they actually became quite close and had an affair. Chattopadhyaya struck a deal with Kay that if he collected the money he would get half.
Chattopadhyaya used his influence to extract 3 crore from Chadha which he paid by cheque that Kay deposited in her account . She then went to the bank to withdraw the cash and was provided security by Chattopadhyaya’s gunmen.
Through Chattopadhyaya’s contacts they met a Hawala person at the Hyatt Hotel Ludhiana who they gave the 3 crore cash to who then arranged money transfers to Kay’s mother and sister’s accounts in Canada.
Chattopadhyaya had facilitated the entire process from using his influence to extract money from Chadha and money laundering to move the funds. Even Chadha mentioned how he was bullied to pay the money by Chattopadhyaya and Kay in his suicide note.
In this investigation I am sure that the even the bank’s cctv would provide enough evidence if this can be investigated properly.
Now what is really interesting is that because this investigation unfolds against him he’s trying to divert attention from himself to Raj jit’s drug case and other DGP’s.
