LUDHIANA, Punjab— In a case pertaining to recovery of an AK-56 rifle near Clock Tower of Ludhiana on December 30, 1995, the Ludhiana Court couldn’t pursue hearing against Akal Takht Jathedar Bhai Jagtar Singh Hawara on April 6. Notably, the Court was expected to deliver its verdict in this case against Jathedar Hawara on April 6.
Sources have informed that Jathedar Jagtar Singh Hawara couldn’t appear before the court via video conference due some technical problem. However, it couldn’t be confirmed that the problem existed at Tihar jail or in court.
Following this, the court deferred next hearing on this case to April 9, i.e. on Monday.
