Peer Mohammaed: Time is Running Out for Tytler as Two US Residents Ready to Appear Before the Court

NEW DELHI—Speaking with Sikh24 earlier today, AISSF President Karnail Singh Peer Mohammad said that two US residents namely Jasbir Singh and Resham Singh Rode were ready to depose against Sikh genocide perpetrator Jagdish Tytler. He informed that the duo witnesses have given affidavits attesting Jagdish Tytler’s involvement in massacring the innocent Sikhs during November 1984.

Peer Mohammad further informed that witness Resham Singh has said in the affidavit that when he was trying to go back to his home on November 1, 1984, he saw smoke emerging from Gurdwara Sahib situated in Pulbangash area. He added that Resham Singh has exposed in the affidavit that Jagdish Tytler was instigating the violent Hindu mobs to infiltrate into Gurdwara Sahib and kill the Sikhs while reciting slogan “Khoon Ka Badla Khoon”. “Another witness Jasbir Singh had given affidavit about Jagdish Tytler’s involvement in Sikh genocide to Nanawati Commission in December, 2008,” he added.

Peer Mohammad said that the duo witnesses namely Resham Singh and Jasbir Singh were ready depose against Jagdish Tyler in Indian court but the Indian government should ensure their security in India. He has appealed the CBI and SIT probing genocide cases to record versions of these witnesses by going abroad.
