MADERA, California, USA—The City of Fowler and Madera, situated on the outskirts of Fresno passed separate resolutions to recognize anti-Sikh massacres in 1984 as a genocide. The resolutions were introduced in Fowler and Madera after Fresno had passed a similar resolution earlier.
Bill Nijjer, Kerman City Council member who played a prominent role in getting the 1984 Sikh genocide resolutions passed in Kerman as well as Fresno posted, “I’m very proud to announce that the City of Madera has passed a Resolution recognizing the 1984 Anti-Sikh Violence as GENOCIDE. Thank you to the Madera citizens who showed great leadership on this great accomplishment.”
The resolution in Madera was passed on October 19 while the Fowler resolution was passed on the 18th.
In total, 8 cities across the country have passed resolutions to recognize 1984 Sikh genocide.

1984 Sikh Genocide Resolution just passed in Madera. The baton is being passed up the 99. Would love to see the cities of Livingston, Turlock, Modesto, and even the Bay Area/Sacramento follow suit.

It needs to be agreed by all law makers in different villages,cities and countries of the world.
The Genocide-3 of Sikh people
It is taking time but finally people are coming around and calling genocide of Sikhs in 1984 with its true word Genocide. Next step is to try the persons responsible for this act in world court so justice can be done . Expecting justice from the Indian courts is completely out of question.
