NEW DELHI—A picture showing Arvind Kejriwal shaking hands with tainted Congress leader Jagdish Tytler has been going viral on social media since past few days.  The picture has been shared by several accounts accusing Arvind Kejriwal for playing politics over the issue of 1984 Sikh genocide.  Responding to one of such allegations, Bhai Jarnail Singh, the MLA from Rajouri Garden stated –

This question has been asked to him [Arvind Kejriwal]. He replied- “I went to a Muslim community’s program and suddenly from behind someone came to shake my hand. That’s all and if Delhi Police comes under his jurisdiction he would not take more than a week to put them behind bars.”

Bhai Jarnail Singh stated that he is still trying to sensitize Kejriwal on these issues and to be very careful in future.

Before Kejriwal was appointed as the Chief Minister of Delhi for the first time, he promised to provide justice to 1984 Sikh genocide victim families.  Kejriwal Government has distributed relief cheques to several Sikh families in Delhi, however, it has not been able to work much on the 1984 cases itself.

  1. Believe me all the conflicts in world and civil war have there roots traced to
    EMPIRE
India is to small an entity in front of the EMPIRE to act independently .
It is not even in the permanent Security council list of the redundant UN .
It is a sort of you may call a Vassal state.

    • In your desperation to try and disassociate Indian guilt over abuses and atrocities committed by Indians upon fellow Indians in the name of India you are portraying the Indian as being nothing more than a child; a simpleton who cannot be held responsible for anything as they are too unsophisticated to know the difference between right and wrong. Are you proud of that? Just to dodge (and so avoid any thought of making amends and expressing remorse) culpability you are ready to abrogate all sense of Indian honour. India is a country of a billion souls – as much as America and Europe put together and has a subcontinental patchwork quilt of civilisation going back thousands of years but in your estimation it is feeble minded and weak from morals. Bhagat Singh would be so proud he made the ultimate sacrifice for you. Is it any wonder you had to wait for the Khalsa to emerge to save you from such pitiful thinking.

    • Probably best if you refrain from trying to draw any kind of parallel from current world affairs or historical events as you’re just not informed enough to comprehend what you’re saying. Syria is a country borne form Ottoman Empire and French EMpire leaving a modern state with various ethnic minority groups – the Kurds, Alawites, Yazidi, Sunnia etc who have conflicting interests which have come to the fore after decades of totalitarian domination by one group (dynastic rule by the Alawite Al-Assads). The atomic bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki were detonated on civilian populations to make an intransigent imperialist military elite in Japan accept that defeat was inevitable (and so saving the lives of American soldiers who would otherwise have been asked to take one Japanese island after another to the mainland suffering losses the likes suffered taking Iwo Jima) whilst simultaneously demonstrating military supremacy to the Russians who were at the time looking to invade Japan from the east. As for your contention that ‘Humans are too fragile and weak to stand before the awesome power of Empires’ that was the very justification for submission by your Hindu forefathers in the face of Moghul and British Empire’s aggression and overwhelming military might. The defeat of both happened because Sikhs did not share such a pathetic surrender monkey attitude – something the French President might have been reminded of when visiting Chandigarh if Badal had enough guts to confront him about discrimination against the same turban wearing SIkhs that had marched into the battlefields of Ypres to save French liberty against German Empire’s aggression.

    • I have again posted my response for other readers to your previous equally ridiculous assertions that the Indian State was NOT responsible for the genocidal pogroms against the Sikhs from 1984 onwards so they can see that you have an agenda to try and blame phantom existential foreign forces rather than accept that it is the Indians who are responsible for these acts of religious intolerance towards minorities and need to mend their ways. ‘Why do you keep persisting on blaming foreign governments and even dead empires for the crimes committed by and in the name of the Indian State? What has the dead Roman and British Empires got to do with the genocidal pogroms against the Sikhs instigated, carried out, sponsored, approved, sanctioned, covered up and to this day defended by the Indian State (its politicians from all parties, its police and judiciary are all guilty of failing their sacred duty as much as the mobs encouraged, armed and given free reign to murder Sikhs with impugnity). As for the American Empire we wouldn’t even know some of the facts of these atrocities if we didn’t have the Snowden leaks about what American intelligence was picking up from its embassy in Delhi in 1984 about how much of the violence was orchestrated by Rajiv Ghandi’s party. And again for the British Empire you wish to pass the buck onto – it is thanks to their 30 year release policy of cabinet papers that we know that Indira Gandhi traitorously asked a foreign and former imperial power for military assistance in attacking Darbar Sahib more than six months before it happened (contradicting Indian army who said they had to do Operation Bluestar because time was so pressing). Where is the Indian Empire’s policy towards releasing governmental papers? They burn them and lose them and march into the museum and library of Darbar Sahib to loot its relics to try and rewrite Sikh history.’ Again RSS Harinder is blaming anyone who is not Indian for these sacrilegous crimes despite the FACT that some of the criminals have been caught red handed (and are Indian) and that those who have protested peacefully have been shot dead by Indian Punjabi police (and who in turn have been protected from prosecution by their Indian superiors). We all know which ‘Empire’ is involved in these crimes RSS Harinder and it isn’t the dead empires of Rome and Britain.

  2. I am not trying to prove guilt of Mr Paramjeet Singh or Mr Jagdish Tytler
I am only saying both individuals are protected by respective EMPIRES the British and the Roman.

    • No, you are not trying to ‘prove’ guilt of Paramjit you just stated that it was a fact that he was guilty of murder even though you have never sat in as a juror to review the evidence which has been examined by both the British and Portuguese judiciary and found not only wanting in veracity but actually suspect (so much so in the British instance they had to in good conscience grant him political asylum so convinced were they he would be tortured if returned to India). Similarly you don’t want to prove guilt of Tytler as that would open a can of worms in terms of who else was complicit in mass murder of Sikhs stretching not just to Congress Officials but those who were naturally criminally minded mobs (incited and then given licence to indulge in their base instincts to rob, rape and murder in the name of nationalistic fervour) and Hinudvta elements such as the RSS who saw a great opportunity to teach uppity Sikh kaum a lesson in humility and ‘know your place’ in ‘Hindustan’. Just as the Earth is not flat neither the Roman or British Empire exists any longer and it is hypocritical on the one hand that you espouse jingoistic nationalism on the one hand and on the other effectively state that Indians are not sophisticated enough to rule / misrule their own country and indeed are so stupid and incompetent that they are readily susceptible to manipulation from foreign governments. You can’t have it both ways – either you are pregnant or not pregnant. Tytler and his ilk (Sajjan Kumar, Kamal Nath et al) are all Indians who are complicit in the mass murder of their fellow Indian citizens (who happen top be Sikhs) – the evidence for such a contention is overwhelming – and they have been been and continue to be protected by the ‘Indian’ State with its own Empire mentality (introducing draconian laws like TADA and sanctioning extra judicial kidnappings, torture and murder of Sikhs). Nothing to do with the white man – all the red blood is on Indian brown hands. Until you accept that basic truth you are doing a disservice to the ideals upon which India was founded and insulting the memory of those Sikhs slaughtered in 1984 and beyond. Those who refuse to remember the past are doomed to repeat it. You MUST take responsibility for your guilt and the Sikh Nation is magnanimous enough a nation then to forgive you even though it cannot forget what happened any more than the Jews can just ‘get over’ the atrocities of Nazi Germany.

  3. Let me explain and make you feel the presence of EMPIRE

    1) Mr Paramjeet Singh a UK asylum citizen who has broken a Indian Law by mastermind of the 2009 killing of Rulda Singh is Protected by the British Empire

    2) Jagdish Tytler ( former Kapoor) who has also broken Indian Law by Killing Sikhs in 1984 is Protected by the Roman Empire .

So all of us are Ruled by different Empires at different point of times such as British ,Roman, Russian or American .
No one of us are really free and all of us are
    SLAVES.

    • No, let me explain and make you feel the presence of conscience and morality.
      1) Mr Paramjeet Singh has not broken any Indian Law (other than being a Sikh) – he has NOT been found GUILTY of committing any crime in any court (even kangeroo Indian Court). Parmajit has broken no law – he has NOT been convicted of ANY crime in ANY country of the world. The crime India accuses him of is one where all his co-defendants were acquitted and a crime that they were not able to substantiate with EVIDENCE to convince an impartial judicial court (even upon the second time of asking) to extradict Parmajeet. IN fact the so called ‘evidence’ was historically so flimsy and suspect that the UK Government (which has been very ready to sacrifice Sikh civil rights for good relations with India) gave him asylum status so convinced were they that he would be tortured if returned to India – possibly by the same two Punjab ‘police officers’ despatched to collect him from Portugal! How can you not be incensed at such a catalogue of clear injustice and religious persecution?! In the words of the song ‘If you tolerate this, then your children will be next, your children will be next’. You are just proving the adage that if you are a Sikh in India you are presumed guilty and have to prove your innocence in India. That is totally unacceptable and unconstitutional. Tell me will India’s Law makers (read Law breakers) be extradicting the two police officers who ran back to India on the charges of torture that the Portuguese had to put forward? They will at least be presumed innocent until proven guilty. (You won;t tell me as I have asked you this question on three previous posts and your guilty silence is deafening)
      2) Jagdish Tytler is NOT protected by the ‘Roman’ Empire as that disintegrated over a thousand years ago. You may not know this historical fact because you are no doubt relying upon RSS history ‘flat earth’ textbooks and TV serials which depict the folktales of the Ramayana and Mahabharat as actual historical events. Also you make no mention of Kamal Nath, Sajjan Kumar (former KUMAR), Bhagat et al not to mention the butchers in the Punjab Police Sumedh Saini, Gurmeet Pinky, KPS Gill, Bean et al. None of these monsters broke Indian Law (TADA, Prevention of Terrorist Activities Act etc) as they were murdering Sikhs with the full complicity of Indian Law and have been protected by it ever since – all in contravention of international law on human rights.
      3) Only you are a slave, the rest of us are Sikhs. We bow to no one other than Waheguru. Historically proven fact which causes you and your Hinduvta mafia deep consternation and humiliation.

  4. Jagdish Tytler is protected by the Empire.
Just wait and see what Congress’s will do to BJP .
You will find that Congress was actually nice to Sikhs as it did only a mini Genocide.
    Take my advise that

    We are all ruled by

    ” THE EMPIRE”

    • ‘You will find that Congress was actually nice to Sikhs as it did only a mini Genocide’ – you damn yourself with your own words and smug sense of depravity. ‘Only a mini-genocide’ – over 5000 Sikhs, men, women and children brutally raped, clubbed, burned, stabbed, scalped, set on fire, murdered, widowed, orhaned and made homeless in the streets of the capital city alone over 4 days whilst the police either looked on / disarmed Sikhs or joined in the pogrom. Not to mention the thousands of SIkhs across India similarly mass murdered – remeber the village in Haryana where Srebrenica massacre style all the Sikh inhabitants just disappeared overnight only to have their mass graves exhumed over twenty years later? That okay with you as a mini-genocide. How many innocent human beings (albeit in your twisted perverted mind, Sikhs) do you think qualifies for a mini-genocide and how many would it take to cross the threshold into major-genocide? You clearly believe in ‘collective punishment’ of entire religious community so tell me how many Hindus do you think should have been similarly ‘culled’ in state retribution for the assassination for Mahatma Gandhi (who lets face it as noted founding father of the country is far more important a figure in Indian history than Indira ever was) by Hinduvta and (your fellow) RSS member Nathuram Godse? The answer to this question for both of us would be ZERO but your depraved reasoning to reach such a conclusion is borne entirely of your prejudice and bigoted hypocrisy. You are a genocide apologist and a holocaust denier and a drunk can NEVER hope to beat his alcoholism until he is ready to admit that rather than the bar selling drinks is responsible it is actually his own weakness of mind and spirit that causes his destructive traits.

      • The Empire is a ruthless machine.
One lakh is the average number an Empire will kill when it is provoked.

        See

        1) In Syria it is about 2.5 Lakh
        2) In Iraq it is about 4 lakh
In Empires ideology State is all powerful and individuals are disregarded.

      • Same old rhetoric deserving of same old response.
Probably best if you refrain from trying to draw any kind of parallel from current world affairs or historical events as you’re just not informed enough to comprehend what you’re saying. • Harinder is intimating that Sikhs should not fight for their rights lest their homeland becomes a chaotic mess like those of Iraq, Syria and Libya. IN other words he is basically threatening the Sikhs to keep quiet or all hell will break loose upon their lives (by the State and its Hinduvta operatives). He is completely blind to the fact that we are Sikhs and not Muslims (as the people of Syria, Iraq and Libya are) and that we have already gone through the horrific experiences of the two holocausts suffered under the Muslim Durrani Empire, the holocaust of Punjab’s partition under the leadership of Nehru, the terror under Indira Gandhi, the genocidal pogrom under her son Rajiv and the mass extermination and terrorisation of Sikh youth under Beant Singh and have not only endured but like iron in the fire we have come out the side as forged steel. You can’t really blame him for not understanding because he like his Hinduvta brothers (fear and deference is unfortunately a part of their culture and religious upbringing) fundamentally believes that if you repeatedly state a lie enough times it will be accepted as truth because that persistent method has worked for millenia after all with keeping their Dalit brethren in line (and under their heel) until the last twenty odd years when even the Dalit has begun to resist and demand his rights as a human being. Also his sad dedication to the notion ‘my country right or wrong’ blinds him to ever entertain the truth that India is responsible for the crimes and atrocities committed in her name by Indians upon fellow Indians and instead forces him reflexively to claim all such culpability can be transferred to long dead foreign Empires. I truly pity him and his ilk for they have betrayed the ideals upon which India was founded and yet utterly deludedly think they are upholding India’s honour as they rape her of dignity and integrity

  5. Jagdish Tytler is protected by the INDIAN CONGRESS PARTY who themselves were supported by the BJP and RSS in suppressing the rights of Sikhs in Punjab up to 1984 and were whole heartedly supportive of the Congress Government in its brutal repression of Sikhs and the unjust TADA law and its equally undemocratic successor. You are constantly trying to claim a foreign empire did all these things, a denial which damns the Indian as being unsophisticated and open to manipulation by foreigners – basically that Indians don’t deserve to run their own country because they are too stupid. So which is it RSS Harinder? As for you of all people accusing Kejriwal of delusions of grandeur – really with all your disgusting sycophantic praise for the Badals comparing that dissipated Prakash to Maharajah Ranjit Singh?! Sukhbir expects a saropa when he goes to the Darbar Sahib – for what? Has he fasted for Sikh political prisoner’s rights like Bapu Surat Singh?

    • ‘Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal wrote to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, alleging that Congress leader Jagdish Tytler was “interfering” with the probe into the 1984 Genocide and CBI was “shielding” him.
He said a Delhi court had in an order dated December 24, 2014 rejected a clean chit to Tytler and criticised CBI, which “continue to shield culprits” like him. “A perusal of the order shows a sorry state of affairs as to how the primary investigation agency, which reports directly to the PM, has failed to conduct a proper investigation and hurriedly filed a closure report against the main accused, Tytler. This despite the fact that the earlier closure reports have been rejected by the court,” he alleged. “A perusal of the closure report dated December 24, 2014 filed by CBI and the court order dated December 4, 2015 leaves no doubt that Tytler has been interfering with the investigation. “In these circumstances, in any other case, the accused would have been arrested and kept in jail. I am surprised as to why CBI has not adopted the same for Jagdish Tytler,” Kejriwal said in the letter.’ Which ‘Empire’ does Indian CBI belong to RSS Harinder? Oh, and if you are going to suggest CBI too is pawn of foreign white man empire then we better get rid of it and dismiss all the investigations and charges they have ever brought against Sikhs and release every political prisoner that has been imprisoned as a miscarriage of justice has obviously been carried out. Ready to do that? No, I didn’t think so. And all this diversionary he is a Kapoor Khatri rubbish – the man is a brown skinned Indian who has incited other brown skinned Indians to murder Sikhs and has been protected and absolved by more brown skinned Indians – no white men involved, period.
