– Bhat Gayand, Guru Granth Sahib, Page 1401

Message: Guru Nanak worshipped the Creator with love and devotion. He realised that He pervaded in each and every person. Guru Nanak was in the presence of the Divine all the time.

He also interacted and communicated with all people without discrimination since the Divine dwells in each one of them (He saw the Light of the Divine in all). Thus he treated everyone equally with love and respect. At all times he remembered that he had to humble himself before the vast, beautiful and wonderful creation of God.

Let us learn from the Guru the way to lead our life. Let us learn to be in the presence of the Divine at all times. Let us learn to feel light-hearted and liberated all the time.
