Phoolka to File a Defamation Case Against Harsimrat Kaur Badal

BATHINDA, Punjab—Former Senior Advocate of Supreme Court of India, Harwinder Singh Phoolka has decided to file a defamation case against Central Minister Harsimrat Kaur Badal for allegedly blaming S.Phoolka of charging fees from genocide victims and exploiting genocide victims to earn public mileage.

Talking with ‘Sikh24’, S.Phoolka said that he openly challenge Bibi Badal to prove her allegations on him. He added “If Bibi Badal proves that took fee from a single victim of genocide or from the SGPC then he will resign from his profession.”

He further announced that a bicycle rally would be organized on November 14 from Bargari to Bathinda to protest against desecration incidents across Punjab.

  1. Badal’s lust for power is open to public. 31 years have elapsed, Badals enjoyed TWO times central govt sharing and still they have done nothing for punishment delivery to 1984 culprits. Now Badals r to organise rallies from 23rd nov to save their power. Have they ever RALLIED for victims of 1984 to get justice??? Phoolka is a nice man, he must be cooperated by Akalis- if they have a little sympathy for victims. Badals see politics only, they are anti Sikh- which is now clear to whole world.
