CHANDIGARH, Punjab—Despite Bapu Surat Singh Khalsa’s feeble health, the State Government has continued to treat him with strict measures. Bapu Ji has remained under police detention at the PGI Chandigarh, fully isolated from all family members and supporters.
Confirming Bapu Ji’s isolation, his son Bhai Ravinder Jeet Singh Gogi today told Sikh24 that the police personnel didn’t allow him to meet Bapu Ji. He added that SHO Waryam Singh of Jagraon and SHO Janak Raj cited the excuse that they did not have orders from higher authorities as they barred Gogi from meeting with Bapu Ji.
Bhai Gogi was able to meet Bapu Ji in the Advanced Cardiac Department at PGI premises yesterday where he found him vulnerable to skin infection. “Bapu Ji wanted to send a statement to the Sikh nation, however the police personnel deployed there didn’t grant permission,” he said.
It may be recalled that following Bapu Ji’s admittance in Advanced Cardiac Department at the PGI in Chandigarh, administration is allegedly force feeding him with energy booster supplements.
