:dateline:A large scale program was organized to perform antim ardas (last prayers)�for Bhai Satwinder Singh Bhola at the�Gurdwara Sahib of Hassanpur on August 30. Prominent Sikh organizations took part in the ardas�to pay homage to Bhai Satwinder Singh Bhola.
Following the ardas, Sikh bodies�resolved�to submit a�memorandum to the High Commission of USA�in New Delhi on September 7 seeking high level investigations regarding�the murder of Bhai Bhola.
The Sikh bodies present there also gave green signals to seven other�resolutions including the submission of memorandum to the Union Home Minister’s office regarding growing�atrocities of Punjab Government on Sikh activists.
Former Jathedar of Takhat Sri Damdama Sahib Giani Balwant Singh Nandgarh said that it has become necessary for the Panth�to unite on a single platform to ensure the release of political Sikh prisoners.
United Akali Dal�s President Bhai Mohkam Singh appealed the Sikh masses to prepare for the assembly elections of 2017 to�oust the Akalis from Punjab’s politics.
Leaders of Shiromani Akali Dal Amritsar Eman Singh Mann and Bhai Dhian Singh Mand reiterated the�demand for the investigations about the case to be conducted by FBI.
