H.S Phoolka to challenge CBI�s decision of acquitting Jagdish Tytler

:dateline:Former Advocate of Supreme Court of India and AAP leader S. HS�Phoolka has announced to challenge the decision of the CBI of acquitting Jagdish Tytler from a murder case of three Sikh youths in Gurudwara of Pulbangash during Sikh genocide of 1984.

S.Phoolka informed Sikh24 that a protest petition will be moved in court against the CBI verdict. S. Phoolka also informed that the witnesses that were declared unfound by CBI will also be presented in Court.

It may be recalled that Jagdish Tytler is accused of leading the mobs who�burnt the Gurudwara Sahib in Pulbangash and murdered three Sikh youths there.
