ANANDPUR SAHIB, Punjab—Prem S Chandumajra, member of parliament from Anandpur Sahib told Sikh24 that the Central Government of India has approved budget of Rupees 50 million to install light and sound project for Virasat-e-Khalsa at Sri Anandpur Sahib.
Chandumajra has stated that this new project has been proposed for Hotel Ashok in Virasat-e-Khalsa.
Chandumajra also informed that a joint committee comprising military officers and administration officials has been appointed to dig into the chances for establishing a military academy at Sri Anandpur Sahib. He added that “Nangal’s NFL investment will benefit Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh.”
