NEW DELHI, India—Arvind Kejriwal led Delhi government has completed all documentary formalities for shifting of Sikh political prisoner Prof. Davinder Pal Singh Bhuller from Tihar Jail to Amritsar Jail.
After meeting with Delhi home minister Satyendra Jain, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Jarnail Singh told that all the legal formalities have been completed and concerned authorities have also issued no objection certificate (NOC) for the transfer.
Sikh24 has learned from unconfirmed sources that Prof. Bhullar may be transferred to Punjab by the end of this week.
