Reports of a shooting leading to one person’s death have emerged. The Gurdwara Sahib is Nanaksar Gurdwara on Westminster Highway in Richmond, BC. At least one person is dead. The RCMP are on the scene and the homicide unit has arrived and are investigating.
According to eyewitnesses, the shooting at the Gurdwara Sahib had nothing to do with the Gurdwara Sahib. The gates of the Gurdwara Sahib were left open, a car sped into the parking lot followed by a few others which fired shots at the car, the cars quickly sped away. A body was found in the parking lot after the shooting. More information to be posted as it becomes available.
