BATALA, Punjab—Shaheed Bhai Satwant Singh Agwan’s father Bapu Tarlok Singh has been admitted in Fortis hospital after facing blockage of 3 heart nerves. As Bapu Tarlok Singh is a respected personality among Sikhs. Many Panthik leaders have expressed worry about his physical ailment.
Damdami Taksal (Mehta) chief Baba Harnam Singh Dhumma visited the hospital and enquired about Bapu’s health condition. Dhumma said entire Sikh Panth stands with Bhai Satwant Singh’s family in this sorrowful condition.
In addition, former Akal Takht Sahib’s Jathedar Jasbir Singh Rode, Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale’s son Bhai Isher Singh, Jathedar Sawarnjit Singh Misal Shaheedan Tarna Dal, Parmjit Singh Dhadi chief patron International Panthik Dal also visited Bapu Tarlok Singh.
It is worth mentioning that along with Bhai Beant Singh, Bhai Satwant Singh punished the then Indian Prime Minister Indra Gandhi for attacking Sri Darbar Singh, holiest Sikh shrine of the Sikhs. For assassination of Indra, he was executed by Indian government.
