It is notable that District Police (Rural) of Ludhiana arrested Bhai Mintu from New Delhi Airport. �Bhai Mintu was deported�to India by Thailand Government authorities after requests from Indian Government.
Police has alleged that Bhai Harminder Singh Mintu is a senior activist of the Khalistan Liberation Force. �They have also tried to frame into a number of other cases, by alleging him as a Babbar Khalsa leader as well.
Meanwhile, Bhai Harminder Singh has complained of serious pain. �He was earlier undergoing heart surgery, however due to short police remand, which later might be extended, his treatment may be hindered.
