CHANDIGARH, India—A video clip has emerged, which looks like a Hollywood movie stunt of a Chandigarh traffic cop hanging onto the bonnet of a car driving at full speed. It is alleged that the driver was stopped for having tinted windows and speeding but when the cop flagged the car the driver drove straight into the officer, who had no choice but to jump onto the bonnet. The driver of the car then drove at full speed carrying the officer on the bonnet for apparently 1 km. The officer can be seen trying to smash the windscreen of the car with his helmet.
