:dateline:the Sikh Organization of Prisoners� Welfare (SOPW) reports that Bhai Baljeet Singh Bhau has been granted bail permanently. He is expected to set free by March 19.
Since 2008, Bhai Baljeet Singh �Bhau� has been detained in Tihar Jail of New Delhi since convicted of the attempted assassination of a Dera head.
Previously in June of 2013, Baljeet Singh Bhau had also been granted permanent bail, but the decision was overturned. Instead he was given three months parole, and had to return to jail at the end of the three month time period.
