:dateline:In a press statement issued from SGPC Office, appointed Jathedar Giani Gurbachan Singh has stated that excommunication of Ragi Darshan Singh should not be defied by anyone.� He stated that anyone promoting the excommunicated Ragi would face action by Akal Takhat Sahib.
Giani Gurbachan Singh stated that a few Sikh organizations had knowingly invited the Ragi to do kirtan, and defied the issued hukamnama from Akal Takhat Sahib.� Singh Sahib stated that Akal Takhat Sahib is open to talks, however, until Ragi Darshan Singh� apologizes, no Sikh should have any kind of relationship with him.
Ragi Darshan Singh was excommunicated from Akal Takhat Sahib for misinterpreting bani of Guru Gobind Singh Ji.� He further declined to meet the Five Jathedars at Akal Takhat Sahib office and made a mockery of Sikh traditions.
