:datelines:Bhai Gurbaksh Singh Khalsa has been admitted to the hospital for having severe stomach ache. As reported by the Punjab Spectrum, Bhai Gurbaksh Singh’s condition is not critical, however he has been experiencing severe pain in his stomach.
Bhai Gurbaksh Singh had fasted for 44 days to secure release of Sikh political prisoners who had been languishing in jail despite having completed their sentences. As per reports by doctors who have conducted various tests on Bhai Gurbaksh Singh, his condition is normal and this type of pain is typical after a long fast.
Bhai Gurbaksh Singh is currently admitted at Dr. Jagdish Hospital in Shahbad Markanda. Doctors are continuing to monitor his condition. He is expected to be discharged soon.
