LUDHIANA, Punjab—Ahead of the 2017 assembly polls, the Income Tax Department has lodged a criminal case against the Head of Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee, Captain Amarinder Singh for filing incorrect information about remittance of money to/from foreign countries and assets abroad.
Prosecution lawyers shared that the Court was asked to summon Captain Amarinder Singh but Justice Jaapinder Singh ordered evidence to be presented for the case in the next hearing, scheduled for January 17, 2017.
Prosecution lawyer alleged that Captain Amarinder Singh didn’t cooperate with Income Tax Department in the case and also submitted incomplete and incorrect information.
RSS Harinder has still not commented on this story about his ‘King’ who he thinks is fit to represent Sikhs. Silence is deafening.

Harinder, I call to your attention what you wrote in a posting on the story about the national anthem becoming mandatory at cinemas on 5th December. ‘Punjab how ever still has a King in Maharaja Amrinder Singh and its mass leader Respected Mr Prakash Singh Badal. They can easily resurrect the “KHALSA RAJ” which already exists in Punjab today.’ Is this the same Amarinder Singh you were referring to? Was it ‘king’ or ‘criminal’ you meant to say?
